Crown & Burrow is a Natural England–licensed badger ecology and wildlife management firm, part of the Thornemere group. Our office is at Hivegrove, Kings Court, Burrows Lane, Guildford, GU5 9QE. What we collect and why

Enquiry & contact forms — your name, email, phone and message, so we can respond to your enquiry. Lawful basis: legitimate interest / steps prior to entering a contract.
Job applications — the details and CV link you submit, used solely to consider your application.
Newsletter sign-up — your name and email, used only to send the updates you opted into. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Survey bookings — handled by our booking provider (Setmore); see their privacy policy for how they process your booking details.
Analytics — if you consent, we use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how the site is used. This is optional and off until you accept analytics cookies.

Cookies

We use two categories of cookies:

Strictly necessary — required for the site to function and to remember your cookie choice. These are always on.
Analytics (optional) — Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager, loaded only after you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. You can decline, and analytics cookies will not be set. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.

How we share your data

We do not sell your data. We use trusted processors to run the website and respond to you — including our email provider (Resend) and analytics (Google), and our booking provider (Setmore) where you choose to book. Each processes data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and to meet legal obligations, then delete it securely.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability.
